RefectoCil Aftercare Balm

This overnight treatment balm contains vitamins and plant oils to strengthen the hair, making it healthy, shiny, and less brittle. Soothing castor oil supports natural lash and brow growth. 0.30 fl. oz. 

Clients should not apply the Care Balm within 24 hours after tinting because its high-fat content can affect the tinting result.

Clients should apply 3-4 times a week before going to bed with RefectoCil's easy-to-use applicator. Care Balm is an overnight treatment.
